Can I Switch or Cancel My Membership?
The Admire Wellness Club requires a three-month minimum commitment, after which you can cancel anytime with thirty days' notice. The Beauty Bank Program operates on the same model, three-month minimum, then month-to-month flexibility. You can also upgrade or downgrade your tier within either program at any time after the initial commitment period. Discuss your situation with your provider during consultation if you have specific timing concerns.
What Happens to My Beauty Bank Balance If I Cancel?
Your accumulated Beauty Bank balance remains yours to use toward eligible services for up to twelve months after cancellation. We recommend planning your aesthetic timeline before canceling, your provider can help you map out how to apply your balance most effectively. The Beauty Bank balance is non-refundable as cash but fully usable toward any qualifying procedure or product.
Can Memberships Be Combined With Promotional Pricing?
Member discounts apply to standard service pricing. Limited-time promotions, package pricing, and special offers typically cannot be combined with member discounts, as the promotional rate already reflects significant savings. However, your provider can review your specific situation and recommend the option that delivers the strongest value — sometimes the member discount, sometimes the promotion. Transparency is the priority.
Do Membership Benefits Roll Over Month to Month?
Beauty Bank balances accumulate continuously, every monthly contribution stays in your account until you use it. Admire Wellness Club benefits (body scans, pelvic floor sessions, red light therapy, B12 injections, etc.) are designed for monthly use and typically do not roll over, since their value depends on consistency. We recommend scheduling your monthly benefits as part of your routine to maximize the membership's value.
Can I Use My Membership Discounts on Transformation Packages?
Yes · and this is one of the strongest membership value plays. Beauty Bank members applying their accumulated balance plus member pricing toward a transformation package often see significantly stronger total value than purchasing the package outright. During your consultation, your provider will calculate the optimal combination of Beauty Bank balance, member discount, and package pricing to deliver the strongest financial outcome for your specific goals.
