Admire Aesthetics was created from the belief that aesthetic and wellness care should feel more supportive, personalized, and relationship-driven than the traditional treatment model many clients had experienced elsewhere. From the beginning, the vision was to create a space where advanced technology, wellness, healthy aging, and non-surgical aesthetic treatments could exist alongside genuine care, thoughtful guidance, and an experience that helped clients feel comfortable, respected, and truly seen throughout their journey. Tiffany DiGiuseppe has been in the medical field for 26 years, with the last 14 devoted to medical aesthetics and 11 specifically focused on body contouring. She is the founder of Admire Aesthetics, the only facility in Southern Oregon that specializes exclusively in non-surgical body sculpting. Her extensive experience, advanced skills, and genuine passion for helping others have made her a trusted expert in delivering natural, confidence-boosting results
Tiffany truly lives by these words. She understands that many areas affecting self-confidence are often genetic or out of someone’s control. In a world where we can be our own toughest critics, she finds joy in using innovative, non-surgical procedures to help people feel more at home in their bodies. Her own transformative journey fuels the empathy and inspiration she brings to every client interaction.
After seeing countless medspa owners struggle with burnout due to lack of support, Tiffany founded Medspa Success. Through this program, she provides the systems, structure, and mindset guidance needed to help medspa owners grow their businesses, reclaim their time, reduce stress, and lead confidently.
Outside the office, Tiffany is always on the go. She loves life and makes the most of every moment. Her family and her six grandbabies are her greatest joy. She enjoys camping, hiking, working out, pole fitness, traveling, gardening, riding motorcycles, and spending time with her dogs.
Rebecca Bautista
Rebecca is originally from Sacramento and has been in the medical field for about 20 years with experience in family medicine, cardiology, OB/GYN, and Dermatology. She has also done clinical research for a few years as well.
She has 2 beautiful grown daughters, and 2 fur babies. She and her husband came to Medford in 2019 and love being here. When they have free time they like to go wine tasting, get together with friends, and paddle boarding. Mexico is their favorite vacation getaway, they go every year
Emily Rodriguez
Emily comes from a background of Cardiology, her passions have always included helping others. At a young age Emily ventured into the healthcare field starting in the Emergency room which skyrocketed her learning. Luckily for us she wanted to take her career further and she joined us at Admire Aesthetics.
Emily spends her free time enjoying Southern Oregon with her fur baby Violet, boyfriend Cole, and a good book. She looks forward to enhancing your natural beauty and can’t wait to help you meet your goal.
Kirsten Cottrell
Kirsten was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. She really enjoys the raw nature and beauty the area has to offer. Kirsten has a background in microbiology and anthropology from Idaho State University, Aesthetics education from Spectrum, and has been working in medical aesthetics since 2018. Her passion for laser technology continues to grow with a driving force and passion for helping bodies renew from within. She states the most impactful and fulfilling part of her work is being able to help people feel confident in their own skin.
Kirsten loves music, art, traveling, and the ocean. As an animal lover, dogs and sloths are her favorite.
